Mustafa Batuhan Altıntaş (born March 14, 1996 in İzmit ) is a Turkish football player . He is the son of Yusuf Altıntaş , a legend from Galatasaray Istanbul , and is under contract with Boluspor .
Career
In the club
Beginnings at Bursaspor
Altıntaş began playing football in the youth department of the amateur club Kocaeli Güneşspor and in 2009 moved to the youth department of the first division club Bursaspor . With the U-17 team of his club, he became Turkish U-17 football champion in summer 2012 by winning the U-17 Altı Coca-Cola Akademi Ligi .
After this success he received a professional contract with other players from the U-17 team in the summer of 2012, but continued to play for the club's reserve team. In the spring of 2013 he was involved in the training of the professionals by head coach Hikmet Karaman and made his professional debut on January 16, 2013 in the cup match against Fenerbahçe Istanbul .
Altıntaş turned down a contract extension with Bursaspor in the summer of 2014. The club then announced in an official report that it had suspended Altıntaş from the professional squad. In the 2014/15 season , he was therefore not used in the Süper Lig.
Guest performance in Hamburg and return to Turkey
For the 2015/16 season Altıntaş moved to the Bundesliga for Hamburger SV for around 400,000 euros . He received the HSV a two-year contract until 30 June 2017. His first Bundesliga match, he completed the 3: 1 away win against FC Augsburg (34th matchday), as he, after 64 minutes Pierre-Michel Lasogga came on .
For the 2016/17 season he moved on loan to Kasımpaşa Istanbul in the Süper Lig . His contract with HSV was previously extended by one year to June 30, 2018. At Kasımpaşa Altıntaş came to 15 Süper Lig appearances, in which he scored two goals.
At the beginning of the summer preparation in July 2017, Altıntaş was released from HSV to look for a new club. A planned loan - including the necessary contract extension at HSV until 2019 - to the second division club FC Erzgebirge Aue did not materialize. At the beginning of August Altıntaş should return to Hamburg and train with the second team, since coach Markus Gisdol had not planned him for the first team. Due to problems with the visa, however, he stayed in his home country. On August 23, Altıntaş - including a contract extension with HSV until 2019 - was awarded to the Süper Lig promoted Yeni Malatyaspor until the end of the 2017/18 season.
After Altıntaş only made four appearances (one goal) in the first 19 matchdays, he was loaned out to second division Giresunspor on January 30, 2018 until the end of the season . There he came to eight league appearances without his own goal.
For the 2018/19 season Altıntaş did not return to Hamburg, but switched to Boluspor within the second Turkish league . In 20 second division games he scored 2 goals. In addition, Altıntaş scored 5 goals in 6 games in the cup , making him, together with Lucas Villafáñez, top scorer of the competition.
