Bluebird Aviation was a German charter airline based in Mannheim . The company became insolvent on June 27, 2011 . In 2012, the creditors approved the Schultze & Braun insolvency plan . Under new management, the company, which last owned one aircraft, should now operate with three aircraft in the area of repatriation and charter flights .

In May 2015 the company was finally deleted from the ICAO directory of airlines.
