Friedrichshöhe is a residential area in the town of Leichlingen (Rhineland) in the Rheinisch-Bergisches Kreis .
Location and description
Friedrichshöhe is located east of the center of Leichlingen on a ridge between the Murbach and the Weltersbach on the K9 district road near the city limits of Leverkusen and Burscheid . The original settlement is on the L294 state road and today forms a settlement area with Koltershäuschen . In the course of time, the name Friedrichshöhe was transferred to the southeastern settlement on the K9 district road.
Other neighboring towns are Bremersheide , Neuwinkel , Planenhof , Diepental , Scheuerhof , Heeg , Weltersbach , Metzholz , Eichen and Krabbenhäuschen on Leichlinger, Linde on Leverkusener and Grünscheid , Grünscheider Mühle and Unterwietsche in the Burscheider urban area. Came off Wiedenbach .

The Prussian first recording from 1844 lists the place as Friedrichshöhe . In 1815/16 there were 20 people living in the village. In 1832 Friedrichshöhe belonged to the mayor's office in Leichlingen . The place, which was categorized as a school according to the statistics and topography of the Düsseldorf administrative district , had a school, two residential buildings and two agricultural buildings at the time. At that time, 16 residents lived in the village, all of whom were Protestant.
In the municipality lexicon for the Rhineland province in 1885, six houses with 20 inhabitants are given. In 1895 the place comprised seven houses with 41 inhabitants, in 1905 six houses and 28 inhabitants.
