Kirschnickt (German Kirchnänke , Lorraine N ... ) is a French commune with 481 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Moselle department , Arrondissement Thionville in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Lorraine ).

The community of Kirschnmerung is about halfway between Thionville and Merzig in Saarland .

The municipality includes the two hamlets of Evendorff ( Ewendorf ) and Obern Bäumen in the north as well as the homesteads Goldhoff ( Goldhof ), Marienhoff ( Marienhof ) and Mittenhoff ( Mittenhof ), which are also in the north .
