Auxon is about 25 kilometers south-southwest of Troyes . Neighboring municipalities are Eaux-Puiseaux and Maraye-en-Othe in the north and north-west, Saint-Phal and Chamoy in the east and north-east, Montigny-les-Monts in the east, Davrey in the south-east and Ervy-le-Châtel in the south and west.
