Consigny is a French commune with 69 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Marne department in the Grand Est region (before 2016 Champagne-Ardenne ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Chaumont and the canton of Bologne ( Andelot-Blancheville until 2015 ). The inhabitants are called Consignéens .

Consigny is surrounded by the neighboring communities Ecot-la-Combe in the north, Clinchamp in the north and north-east, Ozières in the east, Millières in the south and south-east, Forcey in the west and south-west and Bourdons-sur-Rognon in the west.
