Humberville is a French commune with 67 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Marne department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Champagne-Ardenne ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Chaumont and the municipality association Meuse Rognon, founded in 2016 . The inhabitants are called Humbervillois .
geography
The municipality of Humberville is located in the Bassigny countryside on the northern edge of the Langres plateau , about 26 kilometers southwest of Neufchâteau and 29 kilometers northeast of Chaumont . Half of the 6.44 km² municipal area is covered with forest ( Les Vaux, Bois de Berthelémont ). The river Manoise crosses the municipality, it drains over the Sueurre and the Rognon to the Marne . The municipality next to the village belongs Humberville the district Fleuret . Humberville is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Orquevaux in the northeast, Aillianville in the northeast, Saint-Blin in the southeast, Manois in the southwest and Reynel in the northwest.

Economy and Infrastructure
There are seven farms in the community of Humberville (growing grain and vegetables, raising cattle).
Humberville is away from the major national traffic flows. The commune is connected by roads with Saint-Blin , Manois and Orquevaux . In the municipality of Saint-Blin, located three kilometers southwest, there is a connection to the former RN 427 (today's D674) from Neufchâteau to Chaumont . A motorway connection to the Autoroute A31 is 30 kilometers southeast in Vrécourt .
