Manois is a commune in France with 451 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017). It belongs to the Grand Est region (before 2016 Champagne-Ardenne ), the Haute-Marne department , the Chaumont arrondissement and the Poissons canton ( Saint-Blin until 2015 ).
geography
Manois is about 27 kilometers northeast of Chaumont . Manois is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Reynel in the north and north-west, Humberville in the north and north-east, Saint-Blin in the east, Ecot-la-Combe in the south and Rimaucourt in the west.
The former route nationale 65 (now D674) runs through the municipality .
