Riaucourt is a French commune with 473 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Marne department in the Grand Est region . It belongs to the arrondissement of Chaumont and the canton of Chaumont-1 (until 2015: canton of Chaumont-Nord ). The inhabitants are called Riaucourtois .

geography

Riaucourt is located about seven kilometers north-northeast of the city center of Chaumont on the Marne . Riaucourt is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bologne in the north and west, Darmannes in the east, Treix in the southeast and Brethenay in the south and southwest.
