Vignes-la-Côte is located about 20 kilometers north-northeast of Chaumont at the confluence of the Rognon and Sueurre . Vignes-la-Côte is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Montot-sur-Rognon in the north and west, Reynel in the east and northeast, Rimaucourt in the southeast, Andelot-Blancheville in the south and Signéville in the west.
