Outremécourt is a French commune with 90 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Marne department in the Grand Est region (before 2016 Champagne-Ardenne ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Chaumont and the canton of Poissons (until 2015: canton of Bourmont ). The inhabitants are called Outremécourtois .

Outremécourt is about 37 kilometers east-northeast of Chaumont . Outremécourt is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sartes in the north, Gendreville in the north and north-east, Médonville in the east, Soulaucourt-sur-Mouzon in the south, Bourmont-entre-Meuse-et-Mouzon in the west and south-west, Vaudrecourt in the south-west and Sommerécourt in the west.
