Denipaire is a French commune with 247 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Vosges department in the Grand Est region . It belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Dié-des-Vosges and the canton of Raon-l'Étape (until 2015: canton of Senones ). The inhabitants call themselves Denipairien (ne) s .
geography
Denipaire is located in the Vosges on the Hure River , about ten kilometers north of Saint-Dié-des-Vosges . Neighboring municipalities of Denipaire are Moyenmoutier in the north, Ban-de-Sapt in the northeast, Saint-Jean-d'Ormont in the southeast, Saint-Dié-des-Vosges in the south and Hurbache in the west.
North and south of the Hure Valley, the wooded area rises to heights of over 500 m. The highest point in the municipality is the northern slope of the Roche des Corbeaux at 660 m above sea level in the extreme south.
Denipaire is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Moyenmoutier in the north, Ban-de-Sapt in the northeast, Saint-Jean-d'Ormont in the east, Saint-Dié-des-Vosges in the south and Hurbache in the west.

Attractions
There are no churches or chapels in Denipaire. The parish in the neighboring parish of Hurbache is responsible for the faithful. To the south of the Hurebrücke there is a field cross.
Economy and Infrastructure
There are four farms in the municipality (dairy, cattle and poultry farming).
The D 32 road from Étival-Clairefontaine to the Alsatian Saales runs through the municipality of Denipaire . Six kilometers west of Denipaire there is a connection to the motorway-like Route nationale 59 from Lunéville to Sélestat .
