The Droga krajowa 26 (short DK26 , pol. For, national road 26 'and, national road 26') is a country road in Poland . It leads from the Polish-German border crossing at Krajnik Dolny or Schwedt / Oder in an easterly direction via Chojna and Trzcińsko-Zdrój to Myślibórz and provides a connection between the national roads  23 and  31 and the S3 expressway . The total length is 52.3 km.

history

Between Krajnik Dolny and Chojna, the state road follows the former Reichsstraße 166 , which ended a few kilometers further south at Sarbinowo . Between Myślibórz and Renice it follows the former Reichsstraße 112 , which continued to Buchholz / Hohenkrug near Stettin.

In 1985 the Polish road network was reorganized. The previous state roads were renamed and renumbered as state roads. There were three state roads on the route of today's state road:

With the reform of the numbering on May 9, 2001, the previous six state roads were merged into the new state road 26.
