    Vistula bridge near Szczucin

    The Droga krajowa 73 (DK73) is a country road in Poland . It branches off in Wiśniówka around 7 kilometers north of Kielce from the expressway S7 ( E 77 ), which bypasses Kielce, and after a few kilometers it reaches the city of Kielce, where it crosses the DK74 , which has been developed and runs in a short section as the S74 further south via Chmielnik , where the DK78 joins when coming from the west, to Busko-Zdrój . Here it turns to the east and reaches Pacanów via Stopnica , where the DK79 is crossed. It turns south again, crosses the Vistula on a bridge shortly before Szczucin and reaches the city of Tarnów via Dąbrowa Tarnowska , shortly before which the A4 autostrada ( European route 40 ) crosses at the Tarnów-Północ junction. The DK94 , with which the road to Pilzno runs, is reached southeast of Tarnów . Here it branches off to the south and follows the Wisłoka valley via Brzostek and Kolaczyce . The road ends at Jasło at DK28 . The length of the road is around 192 kilometers.
