    The Droga krajowa 49 (short DK49 , pol. For, national road 49 'respectively, national road 49') is a country road in Poland . It leads from Nowy Targ in a southerly direction via Bukowina Tatrzańska to the Polish-Slovak border crossing at Jurgów . The total length is 24.2 km.

    history

    With the reform of the numbering of May 9, 2001, the new state road 49 was set up on the current course of the road. Previously, after the reorganization of the Polish road network in 1985, the course of the road was designated as state road 97 and parallel to it the route from Czarna Góra via Bukowina Tatrzańska and Łysa Polana to the state border with Slovakia was categorized as state road 960.
