The Droga krajowa 31 (short DK31 , pol. For, national road 31 'and, national road 31') is a country road in Poland . It leads south along the Oder from Szczecin via Gryfino , Chojna and Kostrzyn nad Odrą to the German-Polish inner-city border crossing Słubice - Frankfurt (Oder) and serves as a connection between the A6 motorway and the regional roads  13 , 22 , 23 , 26 and  29 . The total length is 145 km.

On today's section between Chojna and Sarbinowo , the road follows the former Reichsstraße 166 , which ended here. Then it follows the former Reichsstrasse 112 to Küstrin , which then led to Frankfurt (Oder) and Forst (Lausitz) .

In 1985 the Polish road network was reorganized. The previous state roads were rededicated and renumbered as state roads. The road from Szczecin to Słubice was called State Road 118 from 1986. With the reform of the numbering on May 9, 2001, Landesstraße 118 became today's Landesstraße 31.
