With the widening of König-Johann-Strasse in the course of the reconstruction to Ernst-Thälmann-Strasse, a dead end remained from Landhausstrasse which ended in a square (15 × 15 m²) at the Hungarian restaurant "Szeged". With the redesign around Neumarkt, the new corner house was created on Landhausstrasse. Due to its location, there is a bend in the house block at Wilsdruffer Strasse 4 (Szegedhaus).

In the 1840 address book, Friesengasse (Altst.) With the houses 1–8 is included. There was also the side street of the " Pirnaische Gasse ". It was called Landhausgäßchen , on the east side of which was the west wing of the estate and opposite a five-story residential building Landhausgäßchen 1.
