Paulo Luiz Massariol , called Paulinho (born April 3, 1958 in São Paulo ), is a former Brazilian football player .
Career
Paulinho began his career in 1976 at the EC XV de Novembro from Piracicaba . From this he moved to Vasco da Gama in Rio de Janeiro in 1977 . Here he played most of the first division games of his career.
In 1977 he was part of the U-20 national team at the 1977 Junior World Cup in Tunisia . No further appointments followed. At Vasco he was able to secure the crown of the top scorer in the championship in 1978 . This was the only success in his career. At the age of only 27, he ended his career as a professional player.
