Keirrison de Souza Carneiro (born December 3, 1988 in Dourados ) is a Brazilian football player who is currently under contract with Coritiba FC .

Career

The striker moved to Spain for FC Barcelona in the summer of 2009 for a transfer fee of 14 million euros , where he signed a five-year contract. At the beginning of the 2009/10 season, however, Keirrison was loaned to the Portuguese club Benfica Lisbon in order to get match practice . There he could not score a hit in five short missions.

On January 31, 2010, Fiorentina announced the signing of Keirrison, who was to be loaned from FC Barcelona for a year and a half. The Viola also had a purchase option (transfer fee 14 million euros) on the attacker. At Florence he scored two goals in ten league games.

Ultimately, the loan deal with Florence only ran until the end of the 2009/10 season, as Keirrison returned to his home country, FC Santos , on loan for the 2010/11 season . After this season he moved to Cruzeiro Esporte Clube on loan until the end of 2011 . Then FC Barcelona loaned it to the Coritiba Foot Ball Club until mid-2014 . He was then firmly committed.
