Ademar Miranda Júnior , called Ademar Pantera , (born October 17, 1941 in São Paulo , † November 30, 2001 ibid) was a Brazilian football player .

He began his career in 1960 at the age of 19 with Prudentina from São Paulo. This was a third rate club at the time. 1961 promotion to the second division and from 1962 to 1967 managed the only previous appearances in the Series A . Due to his aggressive style of play, he earned the nickname Pantera , in German Panther . His appearances in the first division caused the SE Palmeiras to commit the player in 1964.

For this club Ademar Pantera played most of his games. A broken leg in the game against Botafogo FC (Ribeirão Preto) , caused by his opponent Baldocchi , prevented his participation in the 1966 World Cup .

After his injury healed, he moved to Flamengo in Rio de Janeiro in 1967 . This season, the player was the top scorer at Torneio Roberto Gomes Pedrosa . A year later he returned to Palmeiras. In the same year he moved again, this time to Fluminense. But as early as 1969, now with Coritiba, the panther ended his career at the age of only 28.

In 2001 he died of a muscle wasting disease in the Sírio-Libanês Hospital in São Paulo.
