The (Kijang) Innova or Revo II is an Indian - Indonesian van . This was created in cooperation between the companies Toyota Astra Motor and Toyota India as the successor to the Toyota Kijang .

The aim was to create a successor to the Kijang (Indonesia) and the Qualis (India) that would fit both markets . In 2004 the result was finally presented and series production started. The Kijang sister models have been withdrawn from the range in some markets, including Africa and the Caribbean. Considerations to build the model or a successor in South America and / or even in Eastern Europe as well as in the Russian Federation were not pursued any further.

The first generation model was available with the following engines:

• 1998 cm³ VVT-i with 100 kW ( Otto engine )
• 1988 cm³ VVT-i with 100 kW (Otto engine)
• 2694 cm³ VVT-i with 116 kW (gasoline engine)
• 2494 cm³ D-4D with 75 kW ( turbodiesel )
