The 31st Division , also known as the 31st Infantry Division for the duration of the mobile relationship , was a large unit of the Prussian Army .

The division was established on March 20, 1871, had its headquarters in Strasbourg until 1912 and then in Saarbrücken until the dissolution of the large association in early 1919.
