Australian national cricket team in Zimbabwe in 1999/2000

The tour of the Australian national cricket team to Zimbabwe in the 1999/2000 season took place from October 14 to 24, 1999. The international cricket tour was part of the 1999/2000 international cricket season and included a test and three ODIs . Australia won the Test Series 1-0 and the ODI Series 3-0.

prehistory

Zimbabwe previously played a tournament in Kenya , for Australia it was the first tour of the season. It was the first meeting of the two teams that contained a test or ODI. Zimbabwe previously visited Australia for first class. The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in Australia in the 1994/95 season .
