history

Archaeological finds in the Vyšehrad corridor prove a settlement during the Urnfield culture . In ancient times there was a festival on Vyšehrad, which is said to have belonged to a nobleman Bohuslav, from whom the village got its name.

The first written mention of the village Bohuslawicz , which belonged to the Světlov lordship , was in 1365 when Aleš von Sternberg sold the place to his liege Pešek von Zákřovice. In 1371 Bušek von Drahanovice bought the village, the next owner from 1385 was Oldřich von Drahanovice. In 1398 Bušek von Vlachovice acquired half of the village, the other half belonged to Jan von Drahanovice. After Bušek von Vlachovice also became the owner of the other half in 1416, Bohuslawicz belonged to the Vlachovice estate until 1549 . From Jiřík Vlachovský von Vlachovice in 1549 Wenceslaus the Elder acquired J. Podstatzky from Prusinowitz Bohuslawicz . The Podstatzky von Prusinowitz were followed in 1566 by Damián Benjamin Aranyany and Ferenc Jakusič von Orbová and Vršatec as owners. In 1575, Zdeněk Kavka Říčanský bought half of Bohuslawicz and gave it to his rule Brumov . From the Říčanský of íčany, Paul Apponyi de Nagy-Appony acquired the Brumov share in 1604 , and in 1626 Nikolaus and Esther Forgács bought this part from the Apponyi. In the same year the Dorota Jakusič from Orbová and Vršatec belonged to other parts of their sons Peter and Gabriel Serényi from Kis-Serény . In 1659 Judith Eleonore Forgács also acquired the share of the Serényi counts, so that Bohuslawicz has since then been completely subject to the Brumov rule. In 1663 the village was destroyed during the Turkish invasion. From 1674 Johann Gabriel von Selb owned the Brumov estate. The next owners were Count Illyesházy between 1729 and 1835, then Georg Simon von Sina . In 1758 there was a tavern, a smithy and a drained fish pond in the village. In 1790 over 400 people lived in Bohuslawicz . Since the 19th century the village was called Bohuslavice . In 1826 the old parish granary was converted into a school. This moved into a newly constructed building in 1843. Until the middle of the 19th century, the village remained subject to the Brumov rule.

After the abolition of patrimonial formed Bohuslavice / Bohislawitz 1850 a municipality in the district administration Uherský Brod and the District Court Valašské Klobouky . The Wlarabahn was built between 1883 and 1887 ; In 1888 she started traffic. In the same year a new school house was inaugurated. The property was owned by Simon von Sina from 1856 to 1876 , and then by his daughter Josepha Iphigenie until 1894. She was followed by Anton Dreher until 1921 . After the death of the Dreher grandson and universal heir Oskar, the goods fell to his mother Edeltruda in 1926, who owned them until 1945. Since 1949 Bohuslavice was assigned to the Okres Valašské Klobouky, and came to the Okres Gottwaldov at the end of 1960 after its abolition . To distinguish it from another Bohuslavice in the same ownership, the municipality was given the official name addition nad Vláří . Between 1976 and 2000 Bohuslavice nad Vláří was incorporated into Slavičín . Since the beginning of 2001 Bohuslavice nad Vláří has formed its own municipality.
