history

Swemina was first mentioned in writing in 1373 in the Olomouc table , when the brothers Ondřej, Vojtěch and Vlk von Šarov sold the village together with Slušovice , Dešná and Neubuz to Jeschek von Sternberg on Lukov . In 1446 the village was called Wssemina . From 1512, several owners took turns, including the lords of Kunstadt and later the Nekesch von Landek. From 1607 the rule belonged to Lucretia von Witschkow, nee Nekesch von Landek, and from 1610 to her second husband Albrecht von Waldstein . Lukov ceded this to the emperor in 1625, who handed over the rule to Stephan Schmidt von Freihofen. From him in 1628 the Minkwitz von Minkwitzburg acquired the now heavily indebted rule. The first mention of a bailiff in Wssemina comes from 1644 . In 1710 the gentlemen from Rottal bought Lukov with all accessories. Johann von Rottal sold the goods in 1724 to Johann Friedrich Graf von Seilern -Aspang, whose descendants held the property until 1945. In the course of this purchase, 32 properties are named for Wssemina , including eleven Podsedeken . Jan Chmelařský can be verified as the last owner of the bailiff, after which the estate fell into desolation and was managed by the lordship as the Helenowgut. It was later expanded into a stately home. The oldest local seal dates from 1728 and bears the inscription PECET DEDINI FOSEMINI ANO M728 . Všemina received great support under Christian August Graf von Seilern and Aspang . In 1778 he had a pub set up to which Dešná was also parish. From 1780 the building of the church and the rectory took place. In 1789 the lordship sold the farm to the brothers Georg and Christian Seidl. The land registers have been kept since 1817. At the beginning of the 19th century, the community fought with Neubuz over the Títěž forest. Since Všemina could not credibly substantiate his claims, the forest was awarded in 1835 by the court of the Hradian district of Neubuz. Until the middle of the 19th century, the village always remained subservient to Lukov.

After the abolition of patrimonial Všemina / Wschemin formed from 1850 a municipality in the district administration Uherský Brod . From 1855 the village belonged to the Vizovice District and from 1868 to the Holešov District . The school was built in the years 1889-1890. In addition to the children from Všemina, those from Dešná also attended school. At the beginning of the 20th century, the courses of some torrents were regulated. In 1930 the Dřevnice and its tributaries were regulated , including the Všeminka. In 1931 the municipality bought 53 hectares of forest from the owner of the Lukov estate, Josef Seilern-Aspang, with the help of a loan from the Fryšták advance payment for 80,000 crowns. In 1935 Všemina was assigned to the Zlín District. The voluntary fire brigade was founded in 1936. In 1940 the bus service Slušovice - Vsetín was started. From 1949 Všemina belonged to Okres Gottwaldov-okolí and from 1960 back to Okres Gottwaldov, which after the political change of 1989 has been called Okres Zlín again since 1990. Between 1976 and 1990 Všemina was incorporated into Slušovice. The community has had a coat of arms and a banner since 2000; it shows the crossed swords from the coat of arms of Count Seilern in the red field in the upper part, and below it symbols of the local patron Johannes von Nepomuk.
