They were followed by Vilém Hřivín until 1492 and then Vlašček von Petropim, who sold part of the village in 1493 to Hynko von Zástřizl . In 1515 he bought the other part including the mill from Jan Důně von Újezd. In addition to Újezd, the place name Blatný was also used at that time . In 1535 Újezd was attached to the Ořechov manor. Jan Prakšický from Zástřizl sold Hrziwinu Augezd in 1587 to Jan Ostratický from Ostratice. He sold the estate to Johann Zendler von Hof in 1603. Five years later, Havel Kurovský from Vrchlabí bought the Hrziwinu Augezd and Ořechov estates . The following landlord was from 1610 Václav Kokorský von Kokor, who sold Augezd Hržiwjnu in 1614 to the widow of Johann Haugwitz von Biskupitz, Maria Magdalena von Zierotin . In 1652 Lev Wilhelm von Kaunitz acquired the goods Augezd Hržiwjnu and Ořechov on Uherský Brod with the associated forests Kamenec and V kopcích and put them under his rule. In 1671 the place was called Hržiywnoey Augezd . In 1695 the village consisted of three Vollhüfners, 18 Halbhüfners, five Viertelhüfners, two Viertelhüfners with Podsedeken , five Podsedeken and an inn that had emerged from the former manorial mill.
