geography

Bussières is about ten kilometers east of Meaux . The Marne limits the municipality in the northeast. Bussières is surrounded by the neighboring communities Saâcy-sur-Marne in the north and north-west, Citry in the north, Charly-sur-Marne in the north-east, Bassevelle in the east, Orly-sur-Morin in the south, and Saint-Ouen-sur-Morin in the south Southwest and Saint-Cyr-sur-Morin to the west and southwest.
