geography
The municipality around the hamlet of La Chalonge is separated as an exclave in the southwest. In between is the municipality of Pleure . The other neighboring communities are Gatey , Tassenières and Biefmorin . In addition to Pleure, La Chalonge borders clockwise on Sergenon , Rye , Les Essards-Taignevaux and Chaînée-des-Coupis .
