Mouchard is a commune in the Jura department in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Dole and the canton of Mont-sous-Vaudrey .

Transport links
The train station of Mouchard was on 16 May 1857 as the terminus of the now defunct railway Mouchard- Salins-les-Bains opened. Today it is a long-distance station on the Dijon-Vallorbe and Mouchard- Bourg-en-Bresse railway lines and is located at 287 m. Property of the Réseau ferré de France , it is served by the SNCF with the TGV Lyria and TER Franche-Comté sectors .

The previously independent municipality of Certéméry was incorporated into Mouchard on November 15, 1972.
