Villers-les-Bois is a French commune in the Jura department in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Dole and the canton of Bletterans . The inhabitants call themselves Villerbotins or Villerbotines .

geography

There are small lakes in the municipality , including the Étang des Bois, the Étang Vieux, the Petit Étang Vieux and the Étang des Filies. The Autoroute A36 , called Autoroute verte, runs in the southwest . The neighboring municipalities are Souvans and Mont-sous-Vaudrey in the north, Oussières in the east, Colonne in the southeast, Biefmorin in the southwest, Bretenières in the west and Séligney in the northwest.
