Ougney is a French commune in the Jura department in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Dole and the Canton of Authume .

In the northwest district municipality from the river is Ognon affected, of there the border between the departments of Jura and Haute-Saône forms. The neighboring communities are
