geography
Annoire is the westernmost municipality in the Jura department. It is located around 22 kilometers southwest of the arrondissement capital Dole on the border with the neighboring departments of Saône-et-Loire and Côte-d'Or . The neighboring municipalities are in the north Saint-Loup , in the northeast Chemin , in the southeast Petit-Noir , in the south Fretterans (Département Saône-et-Loire), in the southwest Lays-sur-le-Doubs (Département Saône-et-Loire), im West Pourlans (Saône-et-Loire department) and to the north-west Bousselange (Côte-d'Or department).
The Doubs River runs along the southern municipal boundary and its tributary Sablonne along the western boundary .
