Montholier is a French commune in the Jura department in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Dole and the canton of Bletterans .
geography
Montholier is around eight kilometers from Poligny and twelve kilometers from Arbois . The D 905 trunk road runs straight and connects the village with Aumont in the north and Tourmont in the southeast. Montholier is also bordered by Abergement-le-Grand to the northeast, Grozon to the east, Brainans to the south and Neuvilley to the west.
