Loreto-di-Casinca is a municipality in the French canton of Casinca-Fiumalto in the Arrondissement of Corte and in the Haute-Corse department . It is located on the Mediterranean island of Corsica , at an average of 630 meters above sea level. Neighboring communities are Vescovato in the north, Venzolasca in the northeast, Sorbo-Ocagnano in the east, Penta-di-Casinca and Porri in the southeast, Silvareccio in the south, Monte in the west and Olmo and Prunelli-di-Casacconi in the northwest.
