Piedicorte-di-Gaggio ( Corsican Pedicorti di Gaghju ) is a municipality with 97 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Corse department on the French island of Corsica .

The municipality lies on both sides of the Tavignano river . The village center is located in the mountains north of the river at the foot of the 1085 meter high Monte Gaggio .
