Castellare-di-Mercurio is a commune in the French Haute-Corse on the island of Corsica . It belongs to the canton of Golo-Morosaglia in the Arrondissement of Corte . The residents call themselves Castillaresi .
geography
The center of the village is about 600 meters above sea level in the Corsican mountains. The municipality borders on Rusio to the north, Sermano to the east, Favalello to the south and Santa-Lucia-di-Mercurio to the west .
