Érone is a municipality on the French island of Corsica . It belongs to the Corsica region , the Haute-Corse department , the Corte arrondissement and the Golo-Morosaglia canton . It borders on San-Lorenzo to the north, Cambia to the east, Rusio to the south and Lano to the west . The settlement with 11 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) is located at around 780 meters above sea level in the Corsican mountains and is connected to the supraregional road network by the D239 departmental road.
