Albertacce is a French commune with 200 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Corse department on the island of Corsica . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Corte and the canton of Golo-Morosaglia .
geography
The place is located around 27 kilometers (as the crow flies) northeast of Porto and 15 kilometers west of Corte in the Corsica Regional Nature Park . The neighboring communities are Lozzi in the north, Calacuccia in the northeast, Casamaccioli in the east and southeast, Letia in the south, Cristinacce in the southwest, Évisa in the west and Manso and Asco in the northwest.
On the border of the municipality of Calacuccia, the river Golo rises, which flows a few kilometers further into the reservoir Lac de Calacuccia .
Transport links
The village is traffic-from the department road , called D84 Popaja supplied, the upstream follows in the southwest direction Golo and the pass Vergio de Col Porto leads.
