Verdèse is a municipality on the French Mediterranean island of Corsica . It belongs to the Haute-Corse department , the Corte arrondissement and the Castagniccia canton . The settlement area is about 480 meters above sea level. The neighboring communities are: Polveroso in the north, Croce in the northeast, Piedicroce in the east and south and Nocario in the west.
