Lano is a municipality on the French island of Corsica . It belongs to the Corsica region , the Haute-Corse department , the Corte arrondissement and the Golo-Morosaglia canton . The residents call themselves Lanais or Laninchi.

geography

The center of the village is about 600 meters above sea level in the Corsican mountains. Neighboring communities are Aiti in the north, San-Lorenzo in the northeast, Érone in the east, Rusio in the southeast, Tralonca in the southwest and Omessa in the west.
