Rapaggio , in Corsican Rapaghju, is a municipality in Castagniccia on the French Mediterranean island of Corsica . It belongs to the Haute-Corse department , the Corte arrondissement and the Castagniccia canton . The settlement area is about 630 meters above sea level. Neighboring municipalities are Verdèse and Piazzole in the north, Monacia-d'Orezza in the northeast, Parata in the east, Valle-d'Orezza in the southeast, Carpineto in the south, Carcheto-Brustico in the southwest, Stazzona in the west and Piedicroce in the northwest.
