Riventosa is a commune in the French department of Haute-Corse on the Mediterranean island of Corsica . It belongs to the canton of Corte in the Arrondissement of Corte . The residents call themselves Riventosains or Riventusani.

The settlement area is on average 710 meters above sea level. Riventosa borders in the north on Poggio-di-Venaco , in the east on Erbajolo , in the southeast on Venaco (point of contact), in the south and west on Santo-Pietro-di-Venaco and in the northwest on Casanova .
