Sant'Andrea-di-Bozio is located at about 700 meters above sea level in the Castagniccia . Neighboring communities are Favalello in the north-west, Alando and Alzi in the north, Mazzola and Pianello in the north-east, Zuani in the south-east, Focicchia in the south, Erbajolo in the south-west and Poggio-di-Venaco in the west.
