Tallone

Tallone is a French commune on the island of Corsica . It belongs to the region of the same name , the Haute-Corse department , the Corte arrondissement and the Ghisonaccia canton . The residents call themselves Talluninchi.

geography

Tallone is located in the west of the Corsican Mountains and borders the Tyrrhenian Sea in the east and is flanked there by two small beach lakes , the Étang de Terrenzana and the Étang de Diana on the south side. The national route 198 runs in the lowlands . Neighboring municipalities are Tox and Linguizzetta in the north, Aléria and Antisanti in the south and Pancheraccia , Pietraserena and Zalana in the west.
