Montelanico is a municipality in the metropolitan city of Rome in the Italian region of Lazio with 2119 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019). It is located 75 kilometers southeast of Rome .

Montelanico lies on the edge of the Monti Lepini above the Sacco valley . It is a member of the Comunità Montana Monti Lepini . Montelanico borders on Anagni ( FR ), Carpineto Romano , Cori ( LT ), Gavignano , Gorga , Norma (LT) and Segni .
