Municipal council and mayor

In the 2018 local elections, the CDU received 6 seats, the SPD 4 seats and the voter community FWS 3 seats. At the constituent meeting on June 28, 2018, Simon Herda (SPD) was elected the new mayor of the municipality of Seth with the 7 votes of the SPD and FWS, replacing his predecessor Maren Storjohann.
