Daldorf is a municipality in the Segeberg district in Schleswig-Holstein . It consists of the districts of Daldorf and Pettluis. Pettluis is a former Hamburg state estate.
Geography and traffic
Daldorf is about ten kilometers north of Bad Segeberg on the federal highway 21 .

Since the municipal elections in 2013, the CDU has seven and the DIG electoral community two seats in the municipal council.

Economy and Infrastructure
The place is predominantly agricultural. There are also two wood processing companies that employ almost 200 people.
Attractions
The list of cultural monuments in Daldorf includes the cultural monuments entered in the list of monuments of Schleswig-Holstein. It is the manor house and the manager's house on Gut Pettluis, a former aristocratic estate that, after a checkered history, has now been in the possession of Christian and Andrea Wätjen since the early 1990s.
The more than 330 hectare adventure forest Trappenkamp of the Schleswig-Holstein State Forests is partly located in the municipality.
