Barbières is a French commune in the south in the department of Drôme in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes .
geography
Barbières is located in the Isère valley , at the foot of the Vercors Mountains. The municipality is located twelve kilometers south of Romans-sur-Isère and around 18 kilometers east of Valence (as the crow flies).
