Serves-sur-Rhône is a French municipality with 729 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Drôme in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . It belongs to the arrondissement of Valence and the canton of Tain-l'Hermitage . The inhabitants are called Érômains .

geography

Serves-sur-Rhône is located about 23 kilometers north-north-west of Valence on the Rhône , which forms the western municipal boundary. Serves-sur-Rhône is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Ponsas in the north and east, Érôme in the south and south-east, Vion in the south-west, Arras-sur-Rhône in the west and Ozon in the north-west.

The National Route 7 runs through the municipality .
