Saint-Bardoux is about ten kilometers northwest of Romans-sur-Isère . The municipality is crossed by the Chalon River. Saint-Bardoux is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Donat-sur-l'Herbasse in the north, Peyrins in the east and northeast, Romans-sur-Isère in the southeast, Granges-les-Beaumont in the south and Clérieux in the west.
